I was at Blind Walls Film Fest with my film Girl Power, which has been screened at festivals worldwide. However, this experience was truly one of a kind. The festival stood out because it focused exclusively on street art and graffiti films. I met many talented artists, as well as filmmakers, who shared their incredible stories and perspectives. The atmosphere was fantastic, with a DJ spinning hip-hop music, adding to the vibrant vibe of the event.
After my film screening, I had the opportunity to give a talk with the audience. Although my film didn’t win any awards, the positive audience response meant the world to me. I’d like to congratulate the Berlin winner of Painting Dhaka—a remarkable documentary that deserved the recognition!
I want to thank the organizers for inviting me to this inspiring event and for creating such a valuable platform for our subculture. A big thank you also goes to Czech Centrum for their support, which allowed me to attend and share my work with such an engaged audience.
The festival was more than just films—it featured workshops, lectures, and exhibitions, offering a full celebration of street art culture. Blind Walls Film Fest is special and I feel so thankful to have been part of it.
